DNSFilter in Techstars!
by Ken Carnesi on Jan 31, 2018 12:00:00 AM
However, the real fun started last week when I travelled to Los Angeles with my co-founders Brian Gillis. It was an incredible experience — from sleeping in bunk beds for the first time in 20 years to doing deep dives on KPI’s! We are positive this is going to be a great experience for us and help us take DNSFilter to the next level. I am also sure it will provide lots of suitable blog content.
To put things into perspective, here are some impressive stats about Techstars and its network:
- 1,188 Companies (89% Active or Acquired)
- 5,307 Active Investors
- 3,731 Active Mentors
- 39 Current Programs in 25 Countries
- Represent 1 out of 20 Series A Financing Rounds
- Only accelerator to have a founding team IPO
Stay tuned as we continue along this journey!

Staying Ahead with Smarter Web Filtering
Across every industry and network environment, content filtering isn’t just a matter of productivity, it’s a front line of defense. From malware and phishing to compliance risks and productivity drains, the threats are real, and the stakes are high.

DNS filtering is a foundational layer of defense and helps to fortify the strongest security stacks. Most organizations use DNSFilter to block the obvious: malware, phishing, and adult content. That’s a great start, but many are missing out on the broader potential of DNS policies.
